Welcome to the Shaolin Jade Academy in Prague – the only school in the Czech Republic represented by an official Shaolin warrior monk.

Our classes in Shaolin Kung Fu and Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing) are led by Instructor Andrea Tabone, who has been practicing martial arts for more than a decade. Andrea trained directly at the Shaolin Temple in China, where he earned the 3rd Duan Pin, the official Shaolin Temple graduation system.

Our Academy operates under the direct supervision of Master Shi YanTi 释延提 (34th generation Shaolin warrior monk) and Shì HéngQing (35th generation Shaolin disciple). This makes us the only school in Prague – and the whole country – authentically connected to the Shaolin Temple tradition.

Training is open to adults from 13+. No matter your age or experience, Shaolin practice helps you build:

• Traditional Shaolin forms (Taolu)

• Full-body conditioning for power and resilience

• Combat techniques and practical self-defense

• Acrobatic elements to master control of the body

• Sanda sparring, combining self-defense with the intensity of combat sports
